Cannes Film Festival 2013

Hey everyone,

Hope you have all had a fab weekend! I have spent mine at the theme parks on the Gold Coast, although unfortunately it was for work not pleasure. But hey ho i spent the whole time outside catching a few rays whilst earning money so it wasn't all bad.

Just a quick post today. As you have probably seen we are currently half way through the Cannes Film Festival. To be honest i do not really pay much attention to the films and i have barely heard of half of the celebrities that strut down the red carpet. However, i do love to look at the gorgeous dresses that they wear. After seeing Cheryl Cole's amazing dress online today it inspired me to create this post, so enjoy..!

I absolutely love this image, and although i featured Cara at the beginning i couldn't help but add this photograph. She looks stunning and so sophisticated, you wouldn't think shes a 20 year old tomboy usually! Complete girl crush!

  1. I have to begrudgingly admit that I love the last candid shot of Cara even though I'm getting slightly tired of seeing her absolutely everywhere, it doesn't take away from the fact that she is stunning. I really loved Isla Fisher's Oscar de la Renta but the red hue is almost the same tone as the carpet so it kind of melts together in not such a flattering way which is a shame. However, Eva and Carey look flawless.

  2. I know it is amazing but i have to agree i cannot read a tabloid or magazine without seeing Cara in it now! I know its a shame when the dress blends in, ive seen it happen loads of times and the dress does not seem to be able to stand out as much as it should have, if you get what i mean. Cheryl's is one of my favourites, the detailing is so exquisite and as normal she looks flawless.
