The second to last day of QT Fashion Week kicked off with La' Or and a collection of bright, colourful outfits. As the show went on the dresses got bigger and bigger with a continuing theme of lime green, pink and purple colours. Although these are not my favourite colours and you will rarely see me in any of them, there was something about them that i loved. The funkiness and extravagant glam were perfect for the catwalk, and were sure a head turner although i fail to see how the majority could be worn in the real world. These were definitely suitable for the more daring of celebs. I can totally see Katy Perry in the lime green halterneck top with the pink tutu for a music video! Overall though i loved this show and it was great to see something that bit different that i wouldn't necessarily wear.
Mac and Bain were the second show of the evening with a completely different look to what had just been seen. Featuring a collection of wearable summery items and then building up to evening wear it offered something for everyone, even if you wanted a wedding dress! The pattens were cute and i can really see them working on the high street. One of my favourite pieces was the pink tassel dress (second to last). It was flirty and had a 20s look to it, giving it that unique vintage feel.
This is what i wore from Love, a concession store in Topshop.
My media pass :)
